Patient Testimonial:
“I had an excellent experience with Sierra as my pelvic floor physiotherapist. She created a comfortable and relaxed environment. She uses evidence to guide her recommendations, yet personalized the exercises that were most effective for me.
She supported me through pregnancy symptoms, prepared me for labour, and helped ensure a smooth recovery postpartum. I felt empowered during labour that I already knew my most effective pushing method.
She is approachable, encouraging, and truly focused on your well-being. I can’t recommend Sierra enough.”
