Whether you want to stay active safely during pregnancy, learn how to prepare for birth, or relieve pregnancy discomfort, this program is designed for you.

Who it’s designed for:

Over six weeks, you’ll take part in weekly online sessions that blend education, guided movement, and personalized support. Throughout the program, you’ll receive:

  • Custom exercise programming tailored to your body and stage of pregnancy

  • Virtual one-on-one sessions with a licensed pelvic health physiotherapist

  • Expert guidance on safe movement and how to listen to your body

  • Instruction on perineal preparation, pelvic floor function, birth positions, and pushing techniques

  • Strategies to manage common pregnancy discomforts

  • Access to recorded sessions for ongoing support

  • Curated resources and trusted perinatal referrals

  • A supportive community to connect, ask questions, and share your experience

By the end of the program, you’ll feel confident moving safely, staying active, preparing for labour, and supporting your postpartum recovery—within a calm, empowering, and informed environment.
