what is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. If a patient cancels or misses their appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a fee equal to 100% of the cost of the treatment that was booked.

We accept debit and all major credit cards, including American Express. We also accept payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay.

do you do direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies.

are you services covered under health insurance?

Our services will be covered under most extended health care plans with private insurance providers. Please contact your insurance provider if you are unsure about your coverage.

do you accept motor vehicle accident patients?
