Sierra, MScPT
Physiotherapist, pelvic health provider, and matcha latte enthusiast.
She has a strong belief that collaborative care is the key to a successful rehabilitation journey ♡
Sierra believes effective care starts with understanding the whole person, not just the symptoms. Her approach combines education, movement, and individualized care to help you reach your goals. Whether you're navigating symptoms, preparing for birth, or training for your next event, she'll help you understand what's happening and build a clear plan to move forward with confidence.
GET TO KNOW SIERRA
she lived in Montreal for four years and still considers herself a Montrealer at heart
she loves to run, but only when she’s training for a race
her pride and joy is her cat, Stella
when she’s not at Bloom you can probably find her sitting in the sun with a book and a baked good
the way to her heart is by talking about anything Taylor Swift-related
