Physiotherapy isn't only for rehabbing after an injury -- we can help prevent injury too! We perform a thorough assessment and examination of the way your body moves and determine your limitations. We then work with you one-on-one, using an individualized approach to get you back on track with whatever your goals may be.

Your physiotherapy session may include rehabilitative exercise, manual therapy, acupuncture (Vanessa only), myofascial release techniques, athletic taping, and electrotherapeutic modalities.
