Psychotherapy

Find your balance.

At Bloom, we understand that your mind and body are deeply connected. Psychotherapy is not simply about talking through problems; it’s a supportive journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. We look at the whole picture, including your thoughts, emotions, relationships and life experiences, to understand the root of what you’re feeling. Because when stress or emotional strain goes unaddressed, it often shows up in other areas of life, from sleep and energy to physical tension and pain.

Our first session is all about getting to know you. Together, we explore what brought you in, what you hope to change, and what support looks like for you. From there, your psychotherapist develops a personalized plan that helps you build insight, resilience and practical tools. This not only eases what you’re struggling with today but also helps you move through life’s challenges with more confidence and calm.

Our psychotherapy care draws on a range of approaches, including:

  • Emotion-focused therapy (EFT)

  • Attachment-based therapy

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Narrative therapy

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive therapy

  • Mindful self-compassion

Psychotherapy can help with a wide range of experiences, whether you’re struggling with anxiety and overwhelm, depression or low mood, or simply feeling stuck. We support people through perinatal and postpartum mental health and life transitions such as graduation, career changes, engagement and parenthood. Therapy can also help you work through perfectionism, build self-esteem and self-compassion, address body image concerns, and strengthen your relationships and emotional connection with others. For those who are neurodivergent, we offer support and practical strategies for living well with ADHD.
