MEET

Alannah, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Therapist, avid crossword puzzler, and lover of pho

She’s known for her down to earth nature and authentic presence. ♡

Alannah believes that therapy is a space where you don't have to have all the answers. She works with individuals and couples alike. Her stance is that meaningful change happens when we slow down, get curious, and make space for the emotions that are often pushed aside. Her integrative approach blends emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and mindful self-compassion to provide clients with the valuable insight into their experiences necessary to move toward meaningful change.
